## Copy Review Protocol

Follow this protocol whenever you are asked to check, review, proofread,
or QA copy against these guidelines.

About this copy: Healing Wisdom event and training copy is written by an
experienced author with a deliberate, contemplative, and distinctive
voice, and is carefully reviewed before publication. Assume the style is
intentional. A review exists to catch genuine mistakes - not to normalize
the writing or add general writing advice. Most copy you see is already
in good shape; a short, accurate review is the goal.

1. Load the full reference. Read this entire file before reviewing. Apply
   the actual rule text below; do not guess rules from section titles.

2. What to flag - only two kinds of finding:
   - Error: something objectively wrong.
     * A factual or logistical mistake: wrong weekday/date pairing,
       wrong time, missing or wrong timezone, wrong price or currency,
       or a link that will not work as written.
     * A clear grammatical mistake - a genuine error, not an
       unconventional but valid construction.
     * A translation that contradicts the approved Phrasebook or
       changes the meaning of the source phrase.
   - Suggestion: an optional, take-it-or-leave-it refinement, limited to
     a concrete deviation from an explicit rule in this file - for
     example: currency code, decimals, arrival shown as a time slot, or
     wording that differs from an approved Phrasebook phrase.
   Keep language calm. Error is the highest level - nothing here is an
   emergency. Do not escalate formatting nits.

3. Do NOT flag:
   - Voice, tone, register, rhythm, sentence length, abstraction,
     metaphor, or repetition. The author's style is intentional.
   - Capitalized reverential terms (Spirit Within, Deep Seat, Spiritual
     Healer, and similar). These are intentional; see Capitalization.
   - Omitted optional words such as 'that' or 'which' when the sentence
     is still grammatical.
   - Punctuation preferences not stated as a rule here, such as the
     serial comma.
   - Anything not covered by an explicit rule in this file: no marketing,
     SEO, page-structure, call-to-action, or participant-outcome advice.
   - Unusual but grammatically valid phrasing.
   When in doubt, leave it out.

4. Consistency checks. When more than one text is provided - several
   language versions of the same copy, or several pages - also run the
   consistency checks that apply, in addition to the per-text review
   above:
   - Translation consistency: when the same copy is given in more than
     one language, treat English as the source of truth and review it
     first. Then check each translation against the English for matching
     meaning, and for dates, times, timezones, prices, names, and links
     that are identical or correctly localized. A translation that
     changes meaning or carries a wrong date, time, or price is an Error.
   - Style consistency: apply the rules in this file to every language
     version, using each region's conventions where the rules specify
     them (for example, 12-hour time for the Americas and 24-hour for
     Europe and Asia; US versus EU number formats).
   - Cross-page consistency: when more than one page is provided (for
     example a sales page and the course content), check that facts
     shared between pages agree - schedule, dates, times, venue, price,
     titles, and names. A mismatch in a shared fact is an Error.
   Report each consistency finding once, naming both texts or pages and
   quoting both versions.

5. Output format - a brief, point-by-point report:
   - Begin with a one-line summary, such as 'No errors found' or
     '2 errors, 1 suggestion'.
   - List all Errors first (factual or logistical ones before
     grammatical ones), then Suggestions. Give each finding four lines:
       Type: Error | Suggestion
       Location: the exact text quoted from the copy; for a consistency
         finding, quote both versions and name each text or page
       Rule: the explicit guideline broken - name the section and quote
         it; for a factual or grammatical error, state the error instead
       Fix: a concrete correction, preferably the corrected text
   - When more than one text was reviewed, group findings: the English
     source first, then the other texts, then the consistency findings.
   - If the copy has no errors, say so plainly. Do not invent findings
     or pad the report to seem thorough.
   - End with Open questions only when missing context blocks a
     reliable review.

Phrasebook interpretation:
- Source (English) is the key phrase to match.
- Approved translations sit in the same row under the target language.
- Blank target-language values mean no approved phrase is recorded.
- Languages: Italian, French, Greek, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Spanish.
